My Nighborhood Stories: Weirder Then 'Usual'

One day I was shooting hoops (I seriously need practice) when I was about to shoot it again, I hear something. So I turn around, and I saw a guy zooming by on a bicycle, mhe was yelling, "YEEAAHH!!!! STREAAKK!!!!! HAAAAA!!!!" He was riding the bicycle backwards, and thankfully he was at least wearing underwear. Then things got weirder, two guys on both sides of the road (the sidewalk), were running down beside him, throwing their arms around in the air, screamming like chimpanzees. Then comes someone on a scooter with his tounge on the seat(!?) Sitting on the handlebars. (How!?!?) I walked back slowly into my house, set down my basketball, then ran. My expression stayed like this the whole time;

Once I was riding my bike so then this quad comes (they're my wacky neighbors) So I pull to the side then he screams the f-bomb and I am like uhhh sure. You had to be there to feel the wierdness
